we had requested and early check in and they were able to accomodate upon our arrival. getting to our room, we found the room at 60 degrees. we found that the tstat was set to 72 - as it should be, and the fan running but waited 30 minutes with no change in temperature. Went down to the lobby to report the issue, and hang out in lobby area for an hour, came back to the room to find the t stat set to 85 and the room at 64 - very strange. started setting up our room and the outlets on the lamp did not work. looked for a receptacle found one behind the center of the head board - great design for a hotel! luckily i travel with an extension cord. don't the housekeepers check anything out or are they just robots? Went out to our function for the evening, and came back to an 83 degree room - a really good nights sleep. don't the maintenance people actually maintain and repair? thank You Hilton. time to fire up my Bonvoy account again.

Ok hotel, too expensive food in Spencers! 32 dollars for a Cubano sandwich and fries. 42 bucks for parking . This is not a high end Hilton. Service at check in was good. Elevator and elevator lobby has strong smell of burnt rubber.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a table with signal by the check in saying "enjoy a complimentary apple cider" but the container was empty and no one to refill it. The $35 for parking was a surprise and excessive on top of the room price. The restaurant was good but the prices were very expensive.

The evening staff at check-in was not friendly and welcoming. The room would also have been more welcoming if it had courtesy bottled water, extra set of towels and more basic toiletries like a soap dish. After long hours of traveling the last thing a person wants to do is go and look for these things or request them from the unfriendly staff at the check-in desk. I travel often and stay at different hotels, I’ve stayed at other Hilton properties but this one was disappointing. Won’t be going back.
