The Hilton Garden provided a wonderful experience. I especially appreciated the many add-ons like the shop in the lobby with coffee, wine, snacks, and anything you might need while travelling. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re visiting this area.

Our stay on 7/31/24 was disappointing due to a loud AC unit. The front desk staff was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, it wasn’t resolved until a maintenance technician confirmed the problem and moved us to another room. The staff’s lack of empathy and the suggestion that booking through a third party limited our assistance was frustrating. This stay was far from relaxing and added unnecessary stress before our move to San Diego. We emailed the General Manager of the hotel on 8/1 and haven’t heard back.
