Reservation was for $417 total for 2 nights, then we went to pay for it they quoted us a different price of $593 which ended up being around $700, they would not cancel our reservation so we had to purchase 2 nights on another card and took a hit for a cancelation of the $417 when they said they wound not cancel it, we walked out of there feeling scammed and taken advantage of because we were

The location was great, within walking distance to pretty much everything. Very quiet and clean. Check in is at 4:00pm our sea plane landed in south lake union at around 9:00 am we walked to the hotel and ask if we could check in early luckily there was a room available which was awesome.

The staff were accommodating and the place is perfect if you want to walk around downtown. We to arrived to the city early, so we called if it is possible to check in early which we were allowed to. There’s lots of stores closeby and the hotel itself serves breafast and dinner so you don’t really have to go out in case. It was an amazing experience and we will definitely consider staying again next time. Thank you!

Stayed for two nights over new year’s. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Front desk was friendly; they held our luggage when we arrived so we could explore the city and able to give us a late check out on our last day. Few things in the room in need of maintenance - shower was slow to drain, shower head needed to be cleaned and some of the lights needed to be replaced. But overall good hotel, 15 min walk to Pike Place and would stay here again.

We would recommend this property when in Seattle if you want to walk around to nearby attractions vs driving. They serve warm breakfast, all staff was very friendly, property was nicely decorated, and safe.
