The breakfast was good and the staff was quick to restock. However, hot water was always unavailable in the lobby area at night and each time I had to ask them to make more and return later. The room wasn't made when I returned in the evening, this was a complete surprise as this was the first time it was missed in my 30 years of travel. I needed room service and I made sure I removed the signage. In regards to the kitchen, it was missing utensils, I had a knife, 2 forks and a spoon, no scissors. I guess my expectation shouldn't have been so high, I was comparing it with the other hotels I've been to.... IE 4 plates, 4 knives, 4 spoon, 4 forks, 4cups. Overall, the location was great, breakfast was good, and I think I would come back.

The staff are the highlight of this hotel, along with the fullbreakfast, clean surroundings, easy access to local sites and roads to further places. We appreciated the lobby coffee bar being available 24/7. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing hotel

The staff were super friendly. The entire stay if we walked by any staff member they always said hello. The room was clean and updated. The best part is they had gluten free bread at breakfast. I would stay there again.

Still need the front desk to get the parking garage pass, and the parking is tricky. If you dont mind parking on the street, save your $30/night fee. The room was very clean, we had a balcony that smelled like pee. Highly suggest if you get a suite, get the highest floor possible. Breakfast was good and continually stocked. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The beds in our suite must have been new due to how firm they were. Too hard for me, but my bf slept well. Overall, decent enough to stay again, but with a few considerations.

Overall ok here and an ok breakfast. No meat today though and I waited. Just eggs and potatoes. No bananas and just 1 yogurt choice! Staff ok overall but they do not remember things like my super kindness when I first arrived and I was like a ghost rest of the time. The idiot people above me were so stupid loud and had to Frankenstein stomp so late and two more times overnight at 330 am etc. Gave me a permanent headache for whole day! I asked originally to not have any loud idiots above me but this is the chance you take and hotel was so packed. I have always been the unselfish and considerate guest at all hotels!
