Hampton Inn and Suites offers fine rooms with outstanding service from reception staff as well as room service. Being a bit older than most, we were a bit surprised by some aspects of our room. We would have preferred a room radio to the 50" TV. The extensive free breakfast was outstanding. And again, the folks at the front desk are to be rewarded for their assistance to our many questions and concerns.

The pool had lots of Bandaids around it, right after it was closed for maintenance so it doesn’t seem they clean the area around the pool. The reception staff was rude and there was a barking dog for 6 hours on two days, they offered ear plugs but didn’t seem to have a policy that people couldn’t leave their dogs alone during the day like most dog friendly hotels. We felt bad for the dogs throat it was truly barking non stop for 6 hours panicking both days we were there.

The staff and quietness were great. The only issue I had was my sliding bathroom door was very sticky and needed more force to slide back and forth. If I were a smaller person I wouldn’t have been able to slide it at all. Otherwise great stay!

Housekeeping is back

I was pleasantly surprised that housekeeping made our beds and replenished towels and coffee. I really missed those services and am glad they're back.
