It is close to my son's house so convenient. I happened to be there when dozens of young boys were there for a hockey tournament. Pool destroyed and ran out of towels. Breakfast was wiped out when I got there at 9am. I waited for 10 minutes for coffee to be made.

My review
We have stayed there many times as our families live there. Until covid the place was perfect, they offered a shuttle service, room makeup and cleaning every day, Some services can be individually ordered, like clean towels. Evan though basic services are no longer offerred, we still go there. The hotel has a good breakfast, and excellant service from staffand is very clean. The shuttle service has become very restricted , and not offerred on weekends or holidays.

Nice hotel and area. They charge an additional $20 for parking which seems ridiculous since it is their own parking. The people in the room above us must have been on meth, it sounded like they were remodeling their room until 2am and started again at 6am. Constantly walking around with lead shoes on stomping, so we barely slept. Complained at the front desk at 1am, the staff replied that “they would look into it when they had time.” It was 1am and clearly nothing else was going on and they were not sympathetic or apologetic at all. Nothing changed and we went down again at 2am. They said they looked into it but didn’t hear any noise. Not sure how they would hear it when they called the room obviously they would be on the phone and not be making noise… Left a message for the manager in the morning and she did end up comp’ing our stay, but it doesn’t change the lack of sleep for us and our 2 year old daughter…

Rude desk clerk on the phone. Check in time 3 pm - power out at my house. called at 2 pm to see if I could check in a bit early since it was cold without power. Female sounding person with accented English said, 'no, you can't come; room isn't ready'. She didn't offer an 'I'm sorry', or 'no the room won't be ready early but come sit in our warm lobby and wait. Rude, abrupt and inconsiderate. Room was OK, couldn't get a room not facing the freeway so was put on the 5th floor which is actually worse as it is level with the freeway. Exorbitant pet fee! Will not be going back. stayed in a different chain hotel the previous night and it was worlds better.
