Staff were very nice and welcoming. I did not like that I had to park my brand new car in a dark alley because it was too big to go in the hotel garage. They had the pathway to the front door blocked, so we had to carry all of our luggage in between cars and through grass to get inside the building. If we were not gone by 8:00am, then we were going to have to pay $50 for a lot parking space. We were in room 350, and it was like we were sleeping on the street with the cars passing by all night. I would say, that it did the job of just a place to sleep for the night, but I didn’t get much sleep.

By far the most accommodating staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with! My room was not ready upon arrival, however they were beyond accommodating with their complimentary room upgrade, free parking & breakfast (especially when you’ve been driving for 3.5 hours). I was very grateful for the service I received and will be recommending the 4-Points to all my 🇨🇦 friends! Thank you to the awesome staff, I’ll be back!
