Awkward elevator, had to go up or down a flight of stairs to get to it - no direct access from main floor. Room VERY warm; staff did fix AC after second request. Weird that attached wine bar closes at 3 pm.

I love the location because you can walk to the international district, the waterfront, downtown, belltown, and if you go up hill you easily walk up to Capitol Hill and Broadway. Staff here are always great. I feel very comfortable in the rooms. I've stayed here before and will be returning.

The hotel is old but in decent shape. The room have been updated but are beyond tiny. The location could be terrific if it were not for all the closed storefronts which it no fault of the hotel but the face remains its a dead area of town.
