Great place to stay if you’re traveling by Amtrak, or coming into town for sporting events at the arenas. Walkable to many restaurants/bars and both stadiums. Plus excellent bar/restaurant in lobby (Zephyr) and right next door (13 Coins). Plus free drinks/apps at hotel reception and free breakfast!

Nice city hotel. Good location. Its located right next to the stadium making it very easy to access for public transportation. Rooms are nice and clean, except restroom in the room doesn't have any locks. Its hard to understand why. Breakfast was very good. Staff was extremely friendly. They helped us so much with our baby and our 8nyears old daughter. Oh one more thing to note, the room service closes by 10 pm. So be ready to order before that.

Sofa bed was not queen sized as advertised and hotel does not have cots, which was an issue for us. Parking is $60/day. Otherwise, the hotel and amenities are as indicated and clean, breakfast was great, and staff were friendly.

We went with daughter and family . We arrived after a 4 hour train trip in the late evening. As we came from Canada we were not able to take any fruit or vegetables across the border. Our Grandson needed something to eat preferably an apple or banana . Staff said to look in their gift shop which was a vending machine with chips . Not a healthy choice . There were no stores open nearby . The bar/restaurant had a kids menu with not a very healthy option there but we chose spaghetti. They forgot to make it and we had to chase down the server who was very apologetic and helpful and got the order for us . Our room was very nice and very clean but our daughter’s room had not been cleaned at all . Dirty plates , food and bed and linens not done . The staff managed to find another room even though we were told they were fully booked . Breakfast in the morning was really good in fact it was one of the best we had seen . Lots of choices including fresh fruit . I thought that perhaps one of the staff members could had gone into the kitchen for an apple for our grandson .

Loved the area quiet at night within walking distance To downtown the hotel was wonderful. I’d stay here again oh and it was right in front of lumen Stadium.
