Amazing stay. The front desk was super helpful and friendly during checkin/checkout. The complimentary breakfast had lots of options. The room was spacious for me and my boyfriend (accidentally booked a suite). The view was to die for. There was a safe included. 10mins walk to the Wamu Theatre. Lots of dining options nearby. Safe neighborhood. Parking garage accessed by room key only and monitored 24/7 so feels safe. The only thing they don’t mention is it’s $60 usd but other than that very safe. Will definitely come back and book again. Recommended.

Everything was amazing from check-in to check out. The process was very smooth. It was very convenient to a lot of things like the stadiums, the trains and the buses. The views were absolutely amazing and the staff was very friendly! We particularly enjoyed the amazing breakfast options and the afternoon happy hours. Highly recommend this hotel, definitely would stay here again!

It was convenient to the train station and breakfast was awesome! We arrivef there early and asked about early check-in. They said if I signed up for their awards program, they had my room ready and would wa e the early check-in fee. I filled out the card, and told them to check an old phone #, and it showed i was a member. Then they no longer could give me my room early without a charge. Also,, were disappointed that they never msde up our room after the 1st night and had to call room service. They then did bring up towels.
