We have stayed here many time. The staff is amazing. The rooms need updating. Bathroom fans and the windows need fixed. The bathroom fan was really loud and the windows didn’t shut all the way.

Property, overall very good and 99% of all staff members were good, Thank you. I normally don’t share comments like this but last night our experience was certainly unpleasant. I approached the front desk-lobby for questions since my daughter was visiting but the person acted very unprofessional towards us and at times ignoring us; Alex he said was his name. I won’t add more. I am sure we all strive to be better every time and I am sure Alex won’t be the exception. My apologies for the comments. Thank you

Normally great, but just ok this time.

Room is quite large and the breakfast was great. The room was quite dirty though with a lot of stains on the carpet and couch. The last day the shower mixer was not working which made the shower extremely hot with very little water pressure. Was unable to bathe it was so hot. Notified the front desk, but they seemed to shrug it off. We also used the laundry facilities but after several hours in the dryer the clothes were still damp. We had to take them to a laundromat to finish drying. We’ve stayed here several times and normally our experience is much better.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this best Western. While the room was spacious, the furniture was old and dingy. The office chair actually was peeling all over. Pretty gross. The shower, which was only a hand held showerhead didn’t even attach to the wall in any way. I had to jimmy it up there just to take a shower. The front desk staff was not very kind upon arrival. Couldn’t find my reservation, but did eventually. Was not friendly. The kitchen had a crappy coffee maker and old scratched teflon pots. When I asked for any compensation for the poor quality of the room, they refused. Don’t stay here.
