Don't stop the good service at the warm cookies.

I've never been to a Hilton that charged for parking, and more than $33./night was ridiculous for paying hotel members. The water in the room was cold, couldn't take a hot shower. The mattress was beat down and terribly uncomfortable. The warm cookies at check-in were great.

This place is not an airport hotel. It’s built like a resort hotel with 10 wings and complicated elevator system and lagoon and pool and all that. Odd for a hotel in the shadow of an airport. If you’re looking to get a hotel room for a layover or whatever, typical airport hotel stuff, this is not the place. Staff was overwhelmed too.

Fine stay

Enjoyed the stay and the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Was staying here for a convention and it was nice to not have to go very far to the ballroom from my room.
