The front desk staff were outstanding and it was incredibly convenient and close to Pier 91 if you are cruising Princess or Holland America or other cruise lines. The hotel was super clean, modern and our room had a stunning view of Lake Union which was a lovely surprise.

Front desk and maids were great. The building is tired and due for a update. The auto close mechanisms to the rooms slam shut, and it is loud and will wake you up at all hours of the night.
