Clean room, great staff, appreciated water for sale at desk—room temp or cold. Undergoing lobby renovation and the whole building could use it. Worst thing was the water in the shower was barely hot, and I didn’t appreciate that on a cold Seattle night. Shuttle took almost a half hour to pick me up at the airport, but driver was pleasant.

Being from CA, they should put in 1 gal use toilets, not 3 gallon. Room was too hot- 30 degrees outside, but 70’s in room was too hot for us.

Didn’t give me my requested wake up call. I was one minute late literally for shuttle and they left even though I was on list for the shuttle. So I was forced to walk to terminal with my baggage or miss my flight. The front desk attendant was one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered and tried to blame me for not receiving my wake up call and missing the shuttle. Then when I complained he called security. I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again even if it was last place in Seattle!
