Close to airport. Room was run-down, carpets were filthy. The shower had strands of hair hanging on the shower wall from previous guest. Doesn't seem to make any difference if you use the 'privacy please' because housekeeping barged in as I was about to shower. Not even an apology from front desk. My last nights stay, I woke up to someone upstairs trying to unclog their toilet at 2am. Mine barely flushed. Had the maid barge in as I was about to shower. Not a great experience here.

We chose this hotel because it’s by Best Western, near the airport and it said breakfast was included. Breakfast was one of the 2 things I was looking for and it did not have breakfast. That was very disappointing. The staff were overall nice. The shuttle driver was cool. The hotel overall was dingy but our beds were clean and comfortable.

Room was very dated. Room was not clean. Water spots on the mirror. Some kind of pill was on the floor between the two beds. Hair on the toilet seat and sink. Stained towels. Was not given good directions of which door to go into to get to our room so took a while to get to our room. You need to scan your room key to enter the building from the outside, which is good. People smoking pot right outside the door so when you exit the door, you walk through a cloud of smoke and end up smelling like you just smoked pot. Since we had to enter/exit many doors to get to our room, we noticed the pot smell at almost every door we went to. Didn’t feel safe staying here.
