Citizen M went above and beyond in ensuring we had a great stay. They personalized the room with birthday wishes for my partner when I asked them to make it special upon arrival. The hotel had a very cool vibe in an authentic way not in a trying to be cool way which is hard to achieve these days. It was very easy to stay there with customizable controls in the room.

The property was great! I only wish parking was a bit easier! There is parking, but you have to book through a separate app and get a fob from the front desk. Otherwise, great visit and will be back!

The hotel was chic and modern, I pads in the room were great, breakfast seasonal vegetables were awesome. Room was quaint with everything two ppl could need for a weekend stay. Close to sightseeing and in walking distance to shops and restaurants Than you to Jen for the welcome treat and the Julia for amazing drinks

The hotel is modern, clean and quiet. Lots of interesting and attractive decorations in the lobby. The room is clean and cozy, good for couples. The control pad in the room is convenient. Not far away from subway and downtown shopping center. Will definitely come again
