The hotel itself was amazing very clean also quiet love the fact that the bar/food area is open past midnight also the options are great for on the go.

Clean and friendly

Booked my stay for a show at wamu theatre.. was concerned about the 20min walk back at 1am, but luckily there were other concert goers, so i felt relatively safe. Hotel was clean, modern, and trendy. Was very pleasantly surprised. Service was great, but was a bit disappointed there was no kettle in the room. Walls were a bit thin; i heard a child cry in the middle of the night and water pipes were kinda loud that i always thought i didn't turn off the water. They have amazing night blinds as well. Also there is no parking at the hotel so be prepared to find your own spot.

The staff was so nice and helpful at this property. I also loved how easy it was ro get to with piblic transportation. The train is a few minute walk. The bus stop is right out front. The ferry is right across the street. At night I could watch the sunset over the water. There is tons of great food within walking distance. It is not a quiet area, but that is to be expected. I would definitely stay again.

We always stay at Citizen M when we drive up to watch the Mariners. We love the excellent customer service provided by Cheyenne (she makes a good Bailey’s & coffee) and the ones at the front desk provide excellent assistance with check-in plus additional info about locations & things to do.
