Amazing customer service! I would totally recommend staying here, perfect location. So many amenities, they have a tv, couches, games, snacks, a bar, dinning options and store. Free water and sparkling water.

Best Pioneer square hotel
Amazing staff lost a carrot after checkout diamond and they found it and got it to us! This is our favorite easy hotel in Seattle great walking location for stadium events

Great property for a quick stay. Very convenient and close to Pike Place Market. The employee seemed to be confused concerning the sale of beer or wine in the 11:00 hour. We were on vacation and wanted a beer before we ventured out. It was more than complicated to order a couple of beers. After waiting about 5 minutes and being ignored by 3 staff members my husband finally caught the eye of a young man breaking down brunch service. He came over and my husband asked if he could get a couple of draft beers, my husband is 61 btw. The employee asked if both beverages were for him and then informed him that they only serve bloody Mary’s or Mimosas before noon. This was not the case a month ago when we stayed here and again that order was met with an eye roll. Anyhow, the employee consulted with a coworker who begrudgingly served him 2 beers to take back up to the room. When my husband walked in the door I knew he was met with a difficult situation. I insisted he call down and find out the policy of the hotel. The manager Jordan was very nice and actually comped the 2 beers, apologized and said as long as the bar is open alcohol is available. He also stated that they are in the process of changing management and the employees need to be trained on new policies. I said it’s simple, tell the employees to serve their customers as long as the law isn’t being broken and within company policy. Not sure why that’s so difficult. Anyhow the stay was fine, that didn’t need to happen.

The bed in our room was up against the wall on one side. There was no way for the other person to get into bed. That same unfortunate person also didn’t have a night stand or wall outlet to charge devices. Other than that, very lovely space. I’d come back for that lobby :-)
