Wonderful hotel located quite near the water and a convenient walkable distance to pike place market! The hotel itself had a really cool vibe, I loved the decor in the lobby! The self-check in and check out process was super smooth but the staff were also super kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Our room was a bit smaller than expected but we didn’t spend much time there anyway so not a big deal for us!

Terrible front door service, self check in with no support. Called couldnt get anyone on the phone to ask about parking, message on the ph9ne was vague and had to pay 20 dollar justbthebthw staff could send me to Butlers garage which was another garage paid 4 dollars plus staff not the parking structure mentioned where we should be parking. I also got a ticket a 50 dollars. Your staff needs to be a little mindful about where and how the parking works. I would like to grt dome kind on compensation. Thank you

This was a unique hotel in our experience. The rooms are small but efficiently planned. The room is the width of a king size bed with the window above. The shower and toilet are a contained modular unit on one side of the room with a counter and sink on the other. There is adequate room in between. But not a lot of excess. Overall, it is well designed as long as you don’t have too much luggage. The closet when you first walk in the door will hold six or eight hanging items. The breakfast buffet was nice with a variety of items for a reasonable price. There is no complementary coffee, however, and I believe it was three or four dollars for a cup.

Great hotel! We'll stay here when coming to Seattle going forward. Can't say enough awesome things about the Staff and hotel! Kiji & Shania (@bar/food) and Sarah & Tiyan(@check-in/out) were excellent! Made you feel welcome, always greeting w/a smile, they are assets to this hotel for sure. Loved the convenience and cheeky vibe of the hotel. Close to everything and their pizza was super yummy! Oh & the pillows - we are going to order some! Never slept better!! Thank you!

Check-in and out was very easy and efficient. Staff was very nice and helpful. While checking in, we were able to choose the type of view for our room. The woman helping us suggested the view of Yesler Way, and it was fantastic! Room had a smart TV, smart lights, and curtains that can all be controlled by the bedside iPad. Entire facility was clean and felt safe. Extremely walkable and about a 15 minute walk to Pike Market, not to mention the abundance of local shopping/dining options. Would definitely stay here again!

Our blackout blinds would not come down in the room and we alerted the staff to this issue at 5 PM and they said they generated a ticket to fix the issue. Upon returning to our hotel at 11 PM the issue was not addressed nor fixed. I ended up gently pulling the blinds down, but then in the morning time, we could not get them to raise back up and there was no light in our room so we ended up just checking out. Piss poor service without any resolution or response

Extremely disappointed with this stay. CitizenM Pioneer Square is not convenient for anyone driving to Seattle. They have no on site parking, and the closest parkade was three blocks away. That requires you to walk w luggage thru an undesirable part of town. When asked if parking was safe there, the front desk staff replied “safer than the street”. The bar service was unattentive and slow. The rooms are a small pod w very limited space and staring out the window at a brick wall will make feel even more closed in. The in room washrooms offer minimal privacy. Overall, we will not stay here again when visiting Seattle.

We didnt like that the floor did not have an ice machine and no bottles of water anywhere on the premises. Overall good hotel with convenient walking distance to everything. First hispanic concierge to greet was rude with a dont care attitude. Everybody else was nice and seemed to help.
