The sofa bed mattress was in. need of repair rm 154. Had to change rms. Then got lock out because I was not given a rm pass for enough days of my stay. The breakfast was great. Staff were great and accommodating.

Haven't stayed at Best Western in quite a long time. Was pleasantly surprised. Room clean and in very good condition. Breakfast on par with other hotels in area. Had late flight return time and wanted to overnight before long drive out to coast. Convenient.

The customer service is very friendly and nice. The breakfast change daily is also nice. The only down side is the water drain down take a long time.

Nice area and close to the airport. You can hear every plane take off which acts like white noise. The downside is that you can hear your neighbors in the hallway or above you.

Despite being close to the airport, the room we had on the first floor in the back of the hotel was very quiet. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was OK -- basically what you would expect for a freebie. The shuttle service was excellent. We would stay here again.

Awesome place

Close to airport and free shuttle back and forth. From the shuttle rides and everything in between, the staff members are kind. The breakfast on departure day definitely is the best, they have everything and you are set for your travels. Definitely a great first impression

I booked this place last-minute based on great Expedia ratings, but honestly, it didn’t live up to the hype. The hotel itself is pretty worn down and extremely noisy, you can hear EVERYTHING from hallway chatter to vending machines and the ice machine. If you’re a light sleeper or need quiet to relax, this definitely isn’t the place for you. The tub situation was weird and cheap—one of those plastic inserts over the original tub, and you could feel the uneven gaps beneath your feet. The bed was just okay. The room fan sounded like a jet engine, and the entire hotel smelled like chlorine, even outside the pool area. Speaking of which, the hot tub had a brown tint (no thanks), and the pool didn’t smell great either, so we skipped both. Location is decent, but nothing special enough to make up for the rest. They also charged a $100 incidental deposit, though I have no idea why—there weren’t any extras to use. Breakfast was underwhelming—just a bunch of processed food that didn’t feel worth eating. Bottom line: I won’t be staying here again.
