Strategically placed
The hotel seemed to be nestled on the edge of what has become a rather seedy area of Seattle. That being said, I was never hassled by any unsavory elements and my wife and I always felt safe. The reason we picked this hotel was because it was central to what we wanted to see: Pike Place Market, Ivar's, and a romantic, high-class restaurant. This proved to be true. While the hotel may need a renovation in the near future, the facilities were very clean and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. If ever we find ourselves in Seattle again, we will definitely look to The Best Western Plus Pioneer Square Hotel as a prime place to stay.

Good location. Staff was great. My only complaint was how they advertised parking. Then they charge when you get to the hotel. I know parking is expensive in Seattle however don’t miss lead people.

I loved this place. In the middle of town so convenient to everything. The renovated rooms are charming, keeping an old time warmth with all amenities. The breakfast was excellent and the people and service great. The cost was very reasonable. The only bad thing is the old neighborhood while experiencing renewal is still a bit scary at night

Get room with a quiet heater!
My room had an old and very noisy in window heater that kept me up most of the night. It was too cold to turn it off so I had to suffer. Very nice hotel and location to the ferries and restaurants otherwise.

they have an incidental fee of $1. well my partner had left his wallet in my car and the staff would not let him out room until that $1 was paid. absolutely ridiculous. especially after it was paid with our prior reservation. They made him sit in the lobby until i came back 2 hours later. room was fine, good location but terrible customer service. there’s other hotels with better customer service that’d i’d go to before going here again

Hotel is great but there’s awful smell in our room from the carpet? Not sure. The surroundings of the building is unsafe many homeless and addicts around but private parking of the hotel is safe. Close to everything. Breakfast is limited.
