Beautiful and very very clean. High tech in the rooms. Enough charging ports! Huge tv. Amazing shower. Thoughtful automatic night light in the bathroom. Front desk staff (Davis) was delightful and very welcoming. Appreciated his enthusiasm and genuine hospitality

Excellent property. Our room was a little cramped but very clean and nicely furnished. Had a great dinner on the property which has a filipino popup restaurant at the moment. My only real complaint is that valet parking in the hotel is $65 USD per night which is about $100 in Canadian dollars. Private parking is available nearby for $24. A minor suggestion to management: provide ceramic mugs in the rooms instead of paper cups.

Excellent customer service from both humans and Sparky the robot server. Very fun vibrant roof top scene on Saturday evening, and excellent brunch and coffees downstairs. A very good hotel at a very good price.

Beautiful, clean, new design. The staff was the very best! Shower was not good. There was almost zero water pressure. Bathroom door was poor and didnā€™t close well or tight.

We enjoyed our short stay and will be back. It is a cashless property -something I donā€™t remember seeing when booking. The staff was very friendly- from valet and front desk check in, to staff at the restaurants, cafe, and sky lounge. The view from Altitude of the downtown skyline is amazing. The lounge itself was a bit too Night Club complete with live DJ. It is a great spot if that is your vibe, but we are a bit older and wanted to have (and hear!) a conversation! We enjoyed the alternative on-site choice of enjoying a drink and a meal at Otium Grill & Greens/Salo Salo! The Caffe Ladro was great to get a latte or breakfast item on our way out. A little pricey for a grab and go breakfast (My yogurt parfait was over $11) but the coffee was fantastic! Went for a nice walk in the morning and loved the centrality of the hotel!

I ended having a medical emergency, I went into labor two months early so I forgot about calling and cancelling because I had other important stuff on my mind and they charged my card so I called to see if they can refund my money and it was a no. Iā€™ve worked at hotels and medical emergencies are the one situation that weā€™ll refund or wonā€™t charge them our fee. This hotel is only money hungry, pretty sad honestly. Never booking at this place or through hotel/expedia or Hilton and I travel a lot.

Second time staying at the hotel. Beautiful location, safe and clean. Hotel is lovely with fun decor. The highlight of our trip was the incredible service provided by Jonathan at the front desk. He was so kind and helpful!
