Great location
The water pressure in this place is horrible. We were on the 4th floor, would hate to see how bad it was on upper floors. The pillows were also not so great. The hotel itself is very nice, well decorated, and cozy. This location is not far from many restaurants, and tourist attractions.

It was alright. Staff were very friendly.
The scent in the room was quite strong it gave me a headache and blocked up my and my husband's nose. The safe in the room did not work. And the AC was LOUD. We paid for a room upgrade, and we were given an "upgraded" 6th floor room facing the "cityscape"; not worth it at all. We were in town to celebrate a birthday and the concierge gave us a box of happy birthday Sugarfina gummies at check in which was really nice of them. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

Property was nice, and staff was very helpful. The rooms were also very nice and updated. It is a bit difficult to prepare for a day out if more than 2 are staying in one room, as they are quite compact and there is only mirrors in the bathroom. Other than that their commodities and location are perfect <3 Still a 5 start rating!

We had a wondetful easy going stay! The coffee/breakfast lounge was really neat, and the hotel was in a great spot for walling around, and with the street car being right outside! Pretty safe area too, and very quiet.

The Staff David at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The environment of the surrounding was quiet yet very close to many eateries. 16 mins walks to Space Needle & Glass Museum.
