I got in late evening amd walked in with all luggage. 2 front desk people so i stood at what could be enough distance to allow them to work with a person who left. One front desk person hopped on cell phone call and the other never looked my way. Finally i asked if they would check me in (I am atill standing in front of them in business casual attire and all luggage). Thats the only time i got acknowledged, first time no one adds my honors number to account.They proceeded to put me in an interior room with direct view into other rooms so i could never open curtains. No cell signal to use phone as internet in room or in lobby.

Very nice facility for a great price. Good walking distance from downtown and other attractions. Keenan the bar tender was fantastic and his drinks were top tier.

Excellent stay and attentive staff. Valet does a great job due to the area but it is very expensive to park via valet and parking can be a challenge however there is a pay to park site right across the street. Bar downstairs is great.

It was a really nice hotel room for a really good price. Good and accommodating staff, really quiet but also felt like we were free to do our own thing there, would go back and recommend. Biggest complaint was parking as a hotel guest was $65 USD which is crazy.

There was someone else's food in the fridge, the tv didnt work. Staff said they were gping to send someone up to help, but no o e ever came. Parking is 65$. Im displeased.

We came into Seattle for an event that was on that side of town. Hotel looks brand new, everything was clean. Staff was great. The only thing that I was missing was a microwave in the hotel room. We went out to get food, and wanted to eat it later, but we had no way to heat it up other than that. It was a fantastic day.
