A Few Problems / Not a Crisis

The initial room - had water leak / bathroom floor all wet. The second room had a LOUD HVAC Unit when running. This room also had water leak whenever water got around the faucet base . Problem: base of faucet needs to be sealed. None of the issues would prevent me from staying there again - I realize "things happen". Will thoroughly check things out immediately upon next stay.

Highly affordable. I have stayed here quite a few times and will continue, but you need to know what you're getting. If you're expecting a 5 star hotel this ain't it. Rooms are fairly clean, but they allow smoking and the halls all smell of smoke. I always get a smoke free room so in the room it's fine. Breakfast is pretty limited some yogurt/fruit options would be nice, but it's free.

Parking Lot was unsafe totally covered with ice. Management said it cost too much to clean the parking lot. I nearly fell on the ice. The room was very noisy,as guest above me had children running around constantly at 10pm at night. I got no sleep,because of this,and then returned to my car where the parking lot was still covered in ice. Manager had family members in the front desk area,who seemed intoxicated,asking guests including myself crazy questions. I asked for a refund.

Stay and Front desk clerk...

Love it here!! Restaurants or fastfood any other store all around you. Quiet if any problem or concerns staff is on top of it. Did reserve check in was quick. Staff very friendly. Front desk Mrs. Jerry is such a sweetheart so sad to hear she's leaving you guys!! She has such a beautiful spirit and warm heart for anyone especially the kids... Always trying to teach them something. Met us one night next morning she was greeting my son and I by our names. My son thought that was cool he's 8. Stay was wonderful as always. Staff and housekeeping very friendly as well.. Breakfast ok. I just prefer the hot breakfast. My husband and I do recommend Days Inn.. Good Luck Mrs. Jerry you and your family be blessed!!
