The front desk clerk had the personality of a wet grocery bag. The place is next to a gas station and a car wash and they charge $10.00 for parking which is not advertised on the website. The rooms are dingy with poor lighting and it feels like a place you’d rent by the hour. Even at $100.00 a night it’s over priced. What a dive this place is.

It was clean as a whole and quiet. Felt safe. Got into the room. It was clean, aside from a pubic hair left on the toilet that I had cleaned again. The staff was very helpful, especially the AM. Uber did not go through, so they helped me quickly get another ride! Life saver! She was also very friendly.

It was a clean basic hotel that had an airport shuttle. However.. the very small sign on the front was very easy to miss and NONE on the side. The very rude driver kept insisting he “walked up and down and spoke to everyone” when I never moved from where I was and know he did NOT. He pointed from the drivers seat as he did “slowly pass by”, but I had no way of knowing who he was by then! So he was calling Me.. a liar ! Next… No continental Breakfast.. nearest restaurant is two blocks away. I was here for a cruise and desk clerk insisted the “Port Valet” program the city of Seattle has now must be a scam because she’s held her position for many many years and never heard of it. Even after I showed her everything. I’m not happy being made to feel like they were thinking I was either very good liar or, extremely naive.

Airport shuttle services began at 0500, but I needed a ride at 0430. Also, no breakfast, only coffee.

This place is average at best. But you pay for what you get. Clean. Very clean. Staff are kind. I’m poor. This place worked for my broke ass.
