We were rained out and the hotel would not work with us to allow a refund nor would Expedia. The tournament was cancelled at 7:15pm the night before and 100 families are out the money. Just really disappointed and when we rebook for the tournament we will not be booking this hotel

I had a good stay at the Blue Heron. The staff were great minus a hiccup with the linen in our initial room but we were taken care of right away and a new room was provided immediately with a discount for that night’s stay. The only downfall is that we had to drive 15-30 mins to get food as my husband and I weren’t interested in the food at the casino. Overall this hotel was a good place for our staycation.

I loved that the hotel rooms were very clean, super comfortable bed and the staff were very helpful. If you have a car your quite close to the main shopping district. Otherwise it is quite far to walk into town. I would definetly stay again.

Something happened because of Internet connection that was poor in the area and I booked a room but it maked two rooms and after informing and asking the hotel for this problem they charged me for two rooms and didn't got back my $50 deposit that I paid when I checked in
