Fine for a night
Its up on top of a hill so nobody will bother you if you're worried about being in a questionable neighborhood. Check in went fine. Room was clean. Bed was hard as a rock, only got maybe 4 hours of sleep. Couple of things i didn't like. When i booked the room, i requested a room close to an exit. They put us on the top floor. All the rooms are outside accessible so we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get there. Nobody bothered to tell us there was an elevator. You can't see it and it's not obvious. I don't know if this is a PA thing but there's no coffeemakers in the room. If i had known, id have brought one. They have coffee and tea in the check in area (no lobby), so walking up and down 3 flights of stairs again just for my caffeine fix was not ideal. Their website said early check in is available but when i called to inquire about it, they were rude. Basically yelled in my ear that they don't know what to tell me and hung up. Maybe they were just having a bad day. It was just a 1 night stay so it was fine. About a 10min drive to the Mohegan Arena.

Eh.
The water pressure in the shower was good, and the room was clean if you looked at it without being meticulous. A couple stains here and there. But the bed was officially the most uncomfortable thing I ever slept on. Didn't stay the second night. I booked elsewhere so I could sleep on a real mattress.

Maintenance man problem
We had a pretty good stay, the only thing was the tv became unconnected from the wall, and we couldn’t get it fixed that night because no one was there late at night except the night desk attendant. She tried to fix it, but was unsuccessful so we had to wait for the maintenance man, but he didn’t come til later after we left to go home. So that was a problem, not having enough maintenance men around. So it was fine except for that one issue, but if you go right to sleep when you get back to your room from going out you’re fine.

A clean room
It was a nice room. I was surprised that even though my husband and I were only staying 2 nights, the hotel still offered housekeeping services. That was really nice!
