Well the water damage in the room was pretty staggering. Enough so that maintenance showed up uncalled to check it. (The room should not have been rented) Uncovered light socket touching the bed skirt. Staff isn't bad but they definitely don't make anyone feel welcome. Overall I doubt I'd ever stay with the brand again. Will be sending my videos off to the BBB. Hopefully corporate will do inspections on these franchised properties more often.

Could’ve been better breakfast

We were passing through to NY. The breakfast was not what was expected from precious Baymont visits. There were only a couple items to choose from and the instant coffee was weak.

Go elsewhere if you wish a peaceful night

We decided to try this hotel instead the one we normally stay at and it was a mistake. 1) Front desk person no interaction with customer but efficient 2)Trash from prior guest left in room 3)Ac heater knob off switch laying on unit 4) Breakfast mini waffle unit very dirty 5) doors slamming all night 6 hotel very empty and we’re place at elevator. I could push call button from my door. Elevator traffic thru out night Bed comfortable and tv good on positive side We went to another at 40 cheaper and had great stay next nights
