Very high standard all round for the price. The degree of equipment (quality and range) in the rooms was excellent and the restaurant was terrific. Add to that the politeness and helpfulness of the staff and we couldn’t have been happier!

Overall good stay but let down by a small issue

Overall great stay the bed was comfy and the room was clean. There were a couple of issues including the tv not working which we informed the staff about the morning after the 1st night stay but it wasn’t fixed and no one else spoke to us about it even if it was just to say sorry but they couldn’t resolve the issue. Also the room door wouldn’t shut correctly without slamming it which meant we couldn’t enter leave without disturbing others around us.

Our room was a smelly, cold, ugly, rundown dump. You could not turn up the heat. You could feel the wind coming through the window. You had to keep the blinds closed so people couldn't look in. The floor was uneven. The sink was so low you could wash your feet in it without discomfort. The shower ran out of soap. The bed was shortsheeted and lumpy. And the menu / guide on the TV didn't work. Other than that, fantastic!
