Rude Staff- Manager even worse. Unwelcoming. While checking in our card was charged 2x which they said they would take care of it. Manager Amore was yelling at front desk staff, as well as housekeeping staff, being very judgmental and disrespectful of them. Hotel smelled of mold/mildew/smoke. Chose this hotel for pool, however it was closed due to it rained earlier in the day and it was a green color indicating it had not been cleaned in a while. Cracks in the walls/ceiling. Stains on floor. Gross!
