We arrived late 300 am not clear how to enter facility, doors locked. Did not see buzzer. Hotel rep very courteous and helpful. We were exhausted, however room noise since our room was city view was a big negative. We slept poorly! Staff should inform patrons if this. Otherwise hotel was clean and well kept.

This was the best hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time. Clean, good value, better than normal hotel breakfast, and close to restaurants, shopping and historical sights. But best of all was the amazing customer service! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming!

They did a good job with their breakfast. Their complimentary evening reception seemed popular. Our room smelled of dog poop. It didn’t dawn on us till the second day after the cleaning smell wore off and we weren’t so exhausted.

The hotel was great. Very convenient to River Street and lots of restaurants. It is walkable. Shopping on River Street with restaurants as well. We parked in the back but if they were full you could use a parking and they would validate the parking ticket for you. The dining room was very well stocked every morning. All the people from the front desk to the dining room workers were all very nice and helpful. Everyone said hello to you and asked how you were. The elevator was a little confusing but when we figured it out it was fine. The bed was comfy as were the pillows. The bathroom was a little small but it is an old building. Would recommend this hotel and we will be back!!!

The hotel was beautiful , room as well. The bed was comfortable. Housekeeping was terrible . We went out in the morning and when we came back to our room in the afternoon my bedroom was not made or clean . We had to go to the lobby twice for room cleaning and we had to wait in the lobby for them to call us when room was ready but never happened … after hours waiting we decided to go back to our room. Room was some how organized this time but was not well cleaned. They didn’t install new toilet papers or tissues napkins. We had to go and asked the housekeeper to give it to us and we had to do it ourselves. The breakfast was ok but cold . Staffing was some how nice but they could be better . Overall the hotel stayed and location was good, closer to the main entertainment. Parking should be free because $25 per night is a lot specially when the room price per night it’s kind of high .

This was our first visit to Savannah, and we had a wonderful time. We found the Staybridge is conveniently located, and the staff friendly and accommodating. All areas of the hotel were clean and welcoming, the breakfast area was spacious with plenty of breakfast options, and our room provided a nice view of Emmet Park with glimpses of River Street. From the Staybridge we were easily able to walk to enjoy the River Walk and the many wonderful areas of the city. A car is not really necessary in Savannah, we found it to be very walkable, but parking is available for a daily fee if needed.

A gem

Location was great, breakfast was wonderful, staff service was excellent! We would definitely recommend to others, and return next time we’re in Savannah. Parking was close and convenient.

Love the area being close to River Street. But when I got there to check in I reserved a king studio for $338 plus parking package and when I got to my room it’s a double which I don’t need and is $30 less than the king! I was told by reception that is due to 3rd party and doesn’t guarantee the room you reserved but what is available! Didn’t get the refund but instead given some refund via points for another room in the future! So disappointing! It is also too loud being the hotel is on bay street and they’re having a drag race I believe; didn’t rest much! Not going back to Staybridge using Expedia!!!
