Problems with check in and out

Only problem we had was we were checked in incorrectly and I checked out at 6am on Sunday they could not check us out or provide us with correct bill until office manager made corrections. Still no email with statement attached.

Close to Everything

Great place and location in Savannah. Very friendly staff; clean room and bathroom. Decent breakfast. Walkable to all areas of the downtown sites. Close to SCAD.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. Property was clean. The breakfast was good although the area was very crowded and hectic.I would suggest they put out 2 waffle makers when they have large bookings there to help ease the wait times.It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see.

Everyone was so incredibly nice. The hotel was clean and in a great central location. I highly recommend staying here if visiting Savannah.

I liked the staff and the room was clean, but my family would never stay here again. The walls are all paper thin. When someone went to the bathroom, you could hear EVERYTHING. The kids in the pool kept my kids and husband awake until 2am. Also there were no locks on the bathrooms. One bathroom had shower and the other had the toilet, which was dumb. The beds were comfortable, so that was nice.

I wish we knew about the valet parking ahead of time. That would've changed our approach to the venue to access the drive up loading area. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Great location for walking around town. Plenty of places to see in easy walking distance. And restaurants too.
