The stay was good. I enjoyed the riverfront view. The rooms were nice. It don’t have anything stand out to make it excellent but it was definitely a great experience!

House Keeper

Maid came to clean up room. Did make up the beds but didn’t leave wash cloths and fresh towels. Old towels were left in there and her cleaning spray bottle left on the bathroom counter. Glass was clean in the shower but not the floor of the shower.

Hotel is on riverfront so location was wonderful. Everything about the hotel itself was excellent. They charge $40 per day to park your car on their property which I feel is way to expensive.

False room advertisement

My only problem i had is i booked my room for a balcony room outside over the river which there were 3 to 5 left when i booked and when i checked in i was told they were out of those so they gave me a indoor balcony room. Now i had to go all the way downstairs and outside to smoke and i really wasnt trying to do all that.

The only disappointment was my massage at the spa. In 40 years of getting massages hands down this was the worse. T was preoccupied with his phone. Left me laying for minutes without touching. Abrupt movements. More stress than relaxing just not good at ALL for the cost. Black spot that I was really looking forward to
