Everything was so clean and the bed was soooo comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I will be staying here again. Also— best free breakfast I’ve had in a while. They have a free coffee machine that is available 24/7.

I really like the hotel set up, but the noise next door was unacceptable, i complained to the owner the next day but it seem like the noise got worst that night. The price of the hotel isn’t worth it! It can used some more work done especially in the bathrooms. But overall the staff is nice.

Our stay was EVERYTHING!!!! I wished I could give more than 5 stars. From the front desk to checking out was above and beyond. Mr. Abhi Menon gave us EXCELLENT customer service. It didn't matter what time of night or morning, he was there. The breakfast was outstanding!!! If you're ever need a place to stay , please look up Sonnesta Essential, you won't be disappointed..

It is clean but is definitely an older hotel with fresh paint. Old style ac and bathroom. Continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired! We were not even sure what some of it was so we tried the cereal and it was stale so we left for breakfast.

Not the worst stay i've had but not the best either. The room was clean, no problems checking in. Breakfast was horrible. If you can even call that breakfast. So gross!!! They had some kind of concoction of corn, chorizo, with hashbrowns. They had burnt chicken nuggets and it looks like microwaved tater tots. One plus is that they have a waffle maker, but only one so good luck getting a waffle with all the people waiting. They have a yogurt machine and an expresso machine and they dont even work ughhh!!! Ok thats enough about the breakfast sorry, its just frustrating when there were so many good reviews for the breakfast online. The lady up front was very nice and helpful. ..... Oh yeah, no trashcans anywhere, i had a couple bags of trash i needed to throw away but there werent any bins anywhere. I had to go all the way to the front lobby to throw trash away, so crazy... its like they want you to be messy. Not coming back ever again!!! Oh yeah, the window shades do not block out the very powerful front lights that are on 24/7, so if you have a room on the front side, good luck sleeping if you like it dark. Thats all bye

The hotels photo give the impression of a much nicer hotel. The hotel was definitely much more worn than the photos reflect. It wasn’t a horrible stay but the walls are thin and the amenities were very dated. The toilet didn’t flush well and the shower was just ok. The elevator is a bit scary but the breakfast was nice wish it had more options but it was ok. Wouldn’t stay more than 1 night

Great place, money well spent.

Great place to stay for a wrekend get away. Always someone at the desk or available if you have questions. My only issue is, if youre not inside the room with the door locked, the door is easy to open from outside. (Well, our room was) but we didnt have any issues with anyone entering the room while we were away. (I always put cameras in out hotel rooms)

The property it’s perfect the staff it’s perfect all brand new in this spacious room clean is hundred percent Lily and Rhea from the front desk are just so kind so good to be here only bad thing it’s not their fault. It’s just one black folks smoking weed and spreading the smell all over the place But that’s not their fault.

This hotel claims to be newly renovated and nice but it was very dingy and run down. The comforter had at least 3 stains and the walls were dirty. We stayed in an ADA room and the shower bench was moldy and rusty. Overall this hotel was not clean and I will not be staying there again.
