I don’t normally leave feedback, but this was the most terrible stay in a hotel. First I booked a room with Balcony, but wasn’t given what I paid extra for, then the room was musty, water stains and mildew in the bathroom, A/C did not work, room very hot all night. I paid an extra $100 to stay here over many others in the immediate area. Big mistake, this will not happen again. Please know if you’re reading this, book somewhere else it’s cheaper and much more worth it anywhere else.

In 53 years, this was top 3 worst experience at a hotel. Who puts a mom and a teenage child in a room above the bar in an open-concept hotel? Quiet hours at 10 PM above a bar open until 2 AM. IT SOUNDED LIKE A NYE PARTY inside our room until well after 2 AM. I videoed the noise- could not sleep. I CHECKED OUT after 3 AM. Glenn Glover (I may not have his name exact) said he’s told management it’s a problem for the 11 years he’s worked there!!! That people complain often; it’s a popular bar in town. Really? There wasn’t another appropriate room for someone my age with a child? I expect a refund for the rest of my stay. I’m just now getting to this as I’ve had a grandchild in the hospital the last 2 weeks

had high hopes....

well, had really high hopes since pics & reviews were so great & prices were a bit above mid-range however...had booked room with balcony (thought over river no, inside balcony, changed rooms to overlook river, no balcony...room was just ok, no microwave, no safe, no ice bucket, beds ok, 1 soft/1 hard. bathroom: no vent, no fan, soaps were not refilled, sink drain not working, inside shower had lots of black mold around bottom, toilet height was so l low almost caused both of us to break our backs! on a positive note, beautiful main area inside, would assume perfect place to hold event, bar good, breakfast ok, location convenient, ferry access immediately out back. staff very nice.

Nice property but a bit far from everything to do. Not bad if you enjoy walking, but could be a problem if weather is iffy. Limited access (walking) due to nearby street construction. Disappointed that maid service never came during our weekend stay to refresh the room; otherwise great room with water view and very quiet. Also would prefer inclusive pricing instead of separate $40/day parking fee...nowhere else to park anyway
