The property was nice, we enjoyed our stay but there were a few things I would point out. This won’t be for everyone but there was construction on the outside of the building and it took away from how nice the stay could have been. The room was not cleaned to the fullest. Hair in the shower, crayon on the floor, ripped chair and ripped ceiling near the kitchen. Was cold out so we were looking forward to the heated pool and fire pit. Apparently the fire pit broke on New Year’s Eve night but yet wasn’t fixed our entire stay. Will say a positive for the view of the river but since I paid for the view it wasn’t like a great thing. We also never had our coffee cups replaced and the mugs we used were left in the sink for three days, house keeping did not clean them. One of my biggest issues was with the parking, I booked the room and then saw the parking was valet only and was $45 a day! The nerve to charge that much is outrageous enough that their own valet attendants said the same thing. I would even understand if the valet parked the cars in a secure garage but the cars are taken into a car lot ten feet away with a half fence, so anyone can get to the cars. So I’m paying $45 for my car to be moved ten feet from the hotel and brought to me when I want it. Smh. Not worth it. I ended up parking in the 24 hr parking garage down the street for less than half it would have cost me for my stay. Let’s just say, I normally book with Marriott and I most likely will stay with Marriott!

The room the window full the fingers print. The comforter has a stain . I have to request for clean towels and pick up the garbage ! I reserved for 6 days but I made early check out !! The hotel not is 4 star!!!

This is a noisy property with live music and bar. Room was not set up as said for it being a suite. Limited towel and paper products available in room. Staff seemed annoyed when helping guests. We will not stay here again.

The only complaint about this stay is that we saw a pair of dirty socks on the bedroom floor that belonged to someone else. That made me think if they changed the bed sheets, the towel and if they cleaned the room after guests check out, after all it’s a busy hotel, it’s totally possible the staff didn’t have time to clean up.
