First of all, we have stayed here numerous times. The price is decent and it is in a prime location and walkable to just about everything. We enjoy the included breakfast which is perfect for us. They usually have eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and a make your own pancake station. We stayed on the 8th floor which has amazing views. However, the ceiling and walls in our room had major water damage from water intrusion due to rain. I took pictures and sent it to the manager. It was the first she had heard of the damage in our room. I am amazed housekeeping or other guests hadn't reported it. Damage such as this needs to be fixed immediately. The other issue was housekeeping. Their policy is not to clean the room daily which is fine. However we wanted our room cleaned and I called the front desk twice and was told no problem but the cleaning never happened. Its little things like this that bother me. Overall, this is a hotel we will keep coming back to. It was also nice to have free parking included in our room this time.

Everything was very nice. The only thing I'd change about my stay is that the staff (Mainly the front desk) Should be aware of all parking options including what days & times the parking meters are free. *Which by the way it's free to park during major holidays* Being that they are in a high traffic area. other than that, the stay was nice. And has become our go to when we return.

This hotel needs serious remodeling. Furniture in the lobby is old and needs cleaning. The breakfast area is clean due to the staff, but needs new chairs—seating needs to be recovered or replaced. Our room was smelly—it had been vacuumed, but the carpet was dirty and old. Not bad housekeeping, just needs to be replaced. Same thing in bathroom—clean, but pretty tired and old. Our room phone didn’t work, Wouldn’t recommend.

This is where we ALWays stay in Savannah. We love the Hotel, I enjoy the balcony at night..our view..beds..the only other comments are: A more diabetic friendly breakfast items, even some decent non sugared cereal and some almond or oat milk..we need to start our day without a load of carbs! Also, the parking fee really is a bit much.

Friendly staff, great location. Pillows were hard, not comfortable. Dining was down at water front- at night- not well lighted. Parking was $45.00 for vallet- or $25.00 at a parking garage where your vehicle wasn’t as secure. Hidden fees- had a bill for $78.00, which was for parking and ???????
