I have got email to register for the best view of river. I did. And I have got a view of buildings. Why you ask if you do not plan to deliver. In the morning at 7 am front desk was not able to get valet to come to work. We were waiting for good half an hour for him to appear and bring the car. What do you think about such service for which we paid $330

First the good stuff: Hotel was clean, well kept and great location. The rest: We arrived early. We totally didn't expect to check in at 12:45, BUT the woman at the desk took our phone number and said I'll get housekeeping on it and I'll call you when it's ready. At 3 p.m., no call. We made our way back to the hotel after grabbing lunch. Went up to the desk and our room was ready. How long had it been ready is the question? Don't say you're going to do something (call us when it's ready), if you aren't. We purchased a room with a balcony, which we got. But there is no furnishings on the balcony. What's the point of having a balcony if you can't sit out there. Waste of extra money. The breakfast was underwhelming. Coffee was empty, out of biscuits and the orange juice was tasteless. The garbages were overflowing. I will say, the sweet woman working in the dining area (on Friday a.m.) was as sweet as can be and buzzing around trying to do all she could alone to keep up. Emptying garbages, filling the coffee and getting cups. But it was too much for just one person. Kudos to her for trying. THEN, to top it all off, we check out on 12/29, wait for valet to bring our truck, almost 15 minutes, and when it arrived a long strip of our trim is off the truck. A guy comes to us and takes a look. Goes up to where it was parked & comes back down with the trim in his hand. Then he tries to tell us he didn't think it was their fault. REALLY? This isn't over. You aren't off the hook

Convenient location. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and some attractions. Room could have used a deep clean (bits of mold in tub and rug had some stains). Breakfast was fantastic. Disappointed in the parking. $45 is highway robbery. With the prices you pay to stay in these hotels it shouldn't be that expensive. I understand you can't give free parking in a city atmosphere but at that price I don't know that I would recommend staying there to anyone I know.

This place sucks! The room smelled & the food was awful. The front desk staff was horrible! We made reservations to pay at check in yet someone called us to pay before arriving & refused to explain why. At check in the front desk lady was so sick she could not speak. At check out, Teresa who claimed to be the Manager on duty was very rude. We called after check out because my children left toys in the room. When I realized I called the front desk & asked if someone would please go upstairs & get the toys. I would arrive shortly to pick them up. Instead Teresa told me I could go back, get a key, & go upstairs myself. I guess $250 a night doesn’t include customer service. Well when I got there, Teresa began to be very rude. She asked for ID even though she knew exactly who I was and even knew i was with my brothers and even asked if the reservation was under his name. I have two last names which is shown on my ID, yet she tried to insist the reservation wasn't mine and even tried to force me to agree that my name wasn’t my last name. She then told me she usually has staff ESCOT ME up but she wasn’t gonna do that to be nice. Ironically there was staff there to escort me but NOT to go get the toys. Well I told her that and she got mad told me to leave or she would call the police. I told her to call them as i left to go get the toys myself. When i came back down she yelled across the entire lobby full of guests goodbye & referred to me by the last name on the reservation.

The hotel is really nice. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't like that i paid $18 for parking on Expedia, but then paid $21 for public parking after i got there.
