The hotel was in a great location, totally walkable. The hot water wasn’t very hot in the shower. Also, the underground parking was $35 a night. The breakfast was good.

Our room was across from the hotel laundry and next to an exterior door. Extremely loud, but the staff willingly moved us to a quieter room. For the cost, I expected a little more/better. No cups in room, flimsy plastic utensils at breakfast, and room cleaned only every other day.

We arrived at 3:50 and told room wasn’t ready yet but if we sat in lobby they would notify us . At 4:30 went to desk and was told that change of shift did not tell new desk clerk that we were waiting . Also rooms were to be cleaned every other day . We arrived on Saturday and had to ask for room to be cleaned on Tuesday . Also , price for Wednesday night was higher than quoted on Expedia. Was told there was nothing that could be done

This was our first time in savanna. We chose this hotel because of its closeness to everything we were doing. The staff was amazing, the room was so comfortable and we were even able to bring our fur baby with us! Definitely going to book again soon
