The hotel was very centrally located and overall very nice. The elevators were not working. When we checked in for our 2 night stay we were told that they would be fixed within the hour. When we checked out they were still not fixed. We were on the top floor. In looking at other reviews during our stay, I saw that they had a similar issue a couple of months ago with the elevators. If it had not been for the elevator issue (and feeling like they were not honest about the issue at checkin), I would have rated the hotel higher.

The property is not well kept. Our AC unit squeaked non stop and the elevators did not work. There were vehicles parked in the handicapped spots without clear handicapped placards which meant we had to park elsewhere.

I would've given it 5 stars, but the elevator was broke and it wasn't discovered until me and 3 others got stuck and had to call for help. The staff did respond immediately. Otherwise great stay and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Facility was clean and the breakfast adequate, but the front desk dependent on who was at the front desk. Entered 5/3 at 3:15 and person was asked not to put my room near ice machine or elevator so I was put by both. When I requested a change she said she could put me in 428 in 1.5 hours. I came back in 2 hours and was in 414 which was 2 rooms from the elevator and 428 did not exist. Front desk and head maid discussed 428 and agreed to 1.5 hours for ready time. My checkout at the front desk on 5/4 at 10:30 was very pleasant..

AVOID!!!!!!!

Avoid this hotel!! This is a scam hotel. After I read the reviews I thought this would be a great place to stay….wrong! They must take down the bad reviews because when we got there the parking lot was basically empty which is strange for a hotel but we still went in and checked in. The girl was very nice and was able to provide us a room on the first floor. When we walked into our room at first it looked clean…..until I walked closer to the bed and there was a stain. My husband walked into the bathroom and the shower was dripping but not like a simple 1-2 drops more like someone had left the shower on a bit and the shower was all wet, he thought someone had just taken a shower. He walked over to the close and turns out there was a dead cockroach in there. At this point I was ready to leave but was unsure….until he went to close the bathroom barn style door and the bottom of the handle came away from the door. That was our sign to maybe change rooms. We all went back to the front where they changed us to the 2nd floor. Which after everything you have already read I’m sure your not surprised the 2nd room wasn’t any better. The sheets were stained and the ceiling above the door looked like it was leaking and the ceiling near by was peeling. But what really got to us was the fact that the floor between the beds had a dip. As in had we stayed we would have woke up checking people in ourselves in bed. This place is a hazard and an accident waiting to happen! We ended up leaving!
