Do NOT book parking through hotels.com
I paid for parking when booking my stay with Hotels.com The hotel could not tell that I paid in their system and the receipt emailed by hotels.com was not itemized. So I had to pay another $45 to park my car. Hotels.com should refund the money I paid for parking and fix their system interface with hotels and customers.

Very nice hotel. It’s a Fairfield Inn, so you get the usual fare for breakfast/coffee with your stay. Valet parking needs help! For a $45 valet, this was the most unorganized and stressful part of our stay. Other than that, I’d recommend.

Nice convenient location to City Market and River St. Large room with clean washroom. No hand soap offered in bathroom $45/ day for valet parking is expensive. Surge pricing for Saturday night stays. $100 more.

No hand soap in the bathroom, when we asked they were “out” Pillows were pitiful and when we asked for extra they had none available. Anytime we asked staff for anything it seemed to be an inconvenience for them. Breakfast bar was awesome! Clean and kept up very well!!

not a good stay
this was not a good vacation. when we checked in the rooms we reserved over 2 months ago was not available. we had to get 2 queen beds instead of 1 king bed. also i reserved 2 rooms and we got there at 6pm and 1 of the rooms wasn't ready yet so had to wait for that. even thou check in was 4pm. the Valet was not good at all, when ever we needed our car, it took almost 20 mins to get. when i did get my car, the valet driver gave me my keys and just sat in the car. they was looking at me like i was in the wrong. i will say the front desk was friendly but makes no sense if you do a reservation you don't get what you asked for. also the TV in the room didn't work so had to use IPAD to watch tv. also be aware the hotel is next to a bus station so you have random people walking by. the day we came in, there was a lady walking up and down the ally where the valet was screaming. either she had a mental condition or was on something but the people i was with was pretty freaked out. the valet people aren't always there so something could of happened.
