The staff was rude and hung up on me. I have never had a bad stay at a Marriott but if you need this location then Hilton is next door. This was horrible. Pubic hair on the bathroom floor to start with....We had just drove 11 hours, just had a knee replacement and asked for a blanket and they wouldn't bring it to us. Told us to come get it 5 floors down and we were exhausted. Expedia called and they hung up on Expedia also. This was last night Sept 24 at 9:30pm.

I am not happy with our experience. Check in was great. The one breakfast attendant I spoke with was incredibly nice. Unfortunately they were the only two employees who bothered with us. Our room was never serviced. I saw one room attendant on our floor but unfortunately they didn't take care of our room. I won't be staying there again. The rate was too high for the lack of service we received and the parking for an SUV was a nightmare.

Property charged my bank account twice for the same three days. I contacted Hotel.com and was told that since even though i booked through Hotel.com, it was pay at property and it was the hotel that was the issue. The hotel said they only showed the one three night stay in their system and that the second charge for 477.30 would drop off. It did not and my account was charged. I will go through my bank to get this charge taken off, and my money put back in. Im done using hotel.com, done staying at Fairfield Inns.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. We were attending an event hosted in the hotel across the street. Our price per night was better, the service was better, and the parking was great. The garage goes up as high as the hotel, so you can park and walk straight to your room even on the 7th floor. That was a great feature after a night of dancing. No waiting for elevator or having to take stairs, just park and walk.

The accommodation was very good. However it would be great if you could access the room with a luggage trolley from the parking level. This is almost impossible because there are stairs involved. Also the toilets are the outdated ones that are so close to the floor that it is difficult for a "senior" to manage. Otherwise the bathroom looks like it has been modernized, clean and spacious,
