Beautiful building inside and out! Upon arrival, they had a little gift for our pup. Free parking lot attached to the building, complimentary (delicious) drinks at the adjacent bar. The HVAC in the room is extremely loud. The temperature was comfortable enough so we turned it off at night. Because of the wood floors you hear a bit of ppl above you walking around but it wasn't bothersome. We'd definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed the stay. Lori was super accommodating with our reservation as we were diverted from Savannah airport due to the closure of the airport (first snow in 7 years) She helped us throughout the process to ensure we could enjoy the stay for the days we managed to get down there. She went out of her way to work with us and when we finallly arrived there a day and a half later was still there working as the conditions couldnt allow here to get home. I thank her for her service and hospitality with us.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. We were there during a rare snowstorm when a lot of places were closed. Charles at the front desk called around to find a restaurant that was open, for us.

This was an historic older place but was beautiful on the inside. It was across the street from River Street where ther e are many dining options and shopping. Within walking distance of all. Really enjoyed this place. Staff was very friendly and always spoke to us as we were coming in or going out.

The property is in a good location walkable to most of the attractions you would want to see. The staff is very nice and accommodating. They have a wine hour in the evening in the lobby. They are friendly to animals. We had a room with a patio which was excellent. A few things to improve. The building is older so our room didn’t have a closet - perhaps some hooks on wall for coats. There were drawers but no place to hang pants, shorts, dresses. The room could do with a deep clean.

Location is great and very convenient. Parking included is a major and wonderful benefit given the location. Wish they would invest in having a crib or pack-and-play to provide a place to sleep to a small child

Offering parking at the property was an amazing benefit. The location is outstanding. We could walk everywhere. Loved the bar and Debi’s restaurant being right there. We enjoyed the historic character of the hotel and the rooms. Overall a very enjoyable visit.

Fantastic stay

This has to be your stay while you’re in Savannah. One street from river street, easy to get around on foot. The staff is outgoing and over the top friendly. The rooms are top notch clean and the bed is beyond comfortable!! We will most likely stay here again and again. Thank you all st the east bay inn.
