Great Hotel !

The place was great. We have an issue with our room after we checked in but they quickly got us moved to a new room. They have a nice shuttle that runs you to multiple places in the city and they have a parking lot so we did not have to valet.

Kind staff, quiet hotel with comfortable beds and nice decor. Nespresso machine didn’t work, either in the room or the one at the bar. Found multiple hairs in the shower and sink, they don’t clean thoroughly at all.

It’s a beautiful, historic building with spacious rooms & comfortable beds. I gave 4 stars bc we had to wait a long time to check in. There was only one person at the desk and she prioritized phone calls over the people waiting at the desk. Also, our hand soap was empty-something that should be checked by daily housekeeping. It’s on the edge of the historic district so a bit of a walk to get to restaurants. Very quiet though by being off of the main strip. Large surface lot-easy parking. $25 seems like a lot for the unsecured parking. Overall, I would stay here again.

Expected better from Hilton

Staff werent attentive, no pool, one elevator in the whole hotel which is slow, shower was poor. Checked out 4 days early and no refund given.
