Housekeeping is on request. They do have it if you ask. Staff are always on site but may be in the staff room. Good location to walk to every part of the city.

It’s was a good place to stay.
I like the location, public parking across the street, newer building, good gym on location. It needs to be cleaned & maintained better. Hallways needs vacuuming. I would stay again

The hotel staff was polite at check in. The room was spacious. Our sofa was dirty and the water pressure in the shower was terrible. No pack and plays for babies so bring your own. Also no internet while we were there. I recommend parking in the garage across the street. 2 days was $25 vs $39 for valet each night. Not much help with bags or bringing things down unless you valet. Tight space upfront to pull in so prepare to wait if multiple people are checking in. Hotel is not as close to all the tourist stops. You have to walk about 7-8 blocks to get to the area with all the restaurants and etc. Pretty dark walking at night too.

Great hotel experience
It was a great stay. Nice part of downtown Savannah. Super comfy bed which is an extreme plus. We will definitely book again when we come back. If you don’t want to use the valet parking, there is a parking garage right across from it. One night stay it was $10.

The property is in a quiet street with free on street parking and paid garage parking right around the corner. The room was clean and the beds are super comfy. No spectacular views from our room, but the proximity to the historical landmarks and sight seeing trolly (paid, 1 block away) made it worth it.

My stay at this property was beyond amazing. As my brand and career have launched, I have begun to travel often and, thankfully, majority of the hotels I have stayed at have always presented the proper hospitality and service that I require. I was warmly greeted by a young woman who happened to be a SCAD student like I was. She was professional, polite and patient as I was having trouble with my card at check-in. Throughout the duration of my stay I ran into plenty of other staff members who were just as equally warm and friendly and genuinely hospitable. I was so satisfied with my stay that I expressed my pleasure to the service desk gentlemen, Trey, informing him we will return for a future stay, and thank you all for making my visit a reason to brag and to return to once again.
