Check in was fast and easy but the first room we were put in was not clean. Requested new room and it was better but had a musty smell. Pool was warm but hot tub wasn't working. Breakfast was lacking.

Friendly staff

Great service. Staffs are super friendly. It’s clean.. The rooms just need a better shampoo and conditioner and soap. Was expecting a better toiletries just because of the room price compare to different hotels nearby. But the ones we got are tiny ones. But other than that. It was a good stay to visit a friend and hotel to sleep in.

Waited 15 minutes before anyone showed at front desk for check in! Nobody answered phone either! There's nobody at the front desk during the whole time I was there, that’s a first for any hotel I’ve stayed. Not sure why they don’t have a credit machine onsite, the clerk had to manually keyed in my credit card information for deposit. Not safe at all, credit card theft risk !!!

We needed to add our daughter to the reservation and asked to modify the reservation by phone to two double beds instead of the single king. They would not do that and canceled our reservation (stay). Because it was reserved through Travelocity, we lost our full payment. Anything we can do to get a refund from Travelocity, beings it was Best Western that canceled us?
