Check in was very easy and the desk clerk was very nice. My one issue is that we were on the first floor and the curtains do not close and there are lights outside ahining in the window. Black out curtains that close would fix that issue.

Staff Goes Over and Above!

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay. Our double room was lovely, but more importantly, the staff were so professional, friendly, and extremely helpful and kind to us. We especially would like to complement our housekeepers on the 3rd floor who were so excellent and good-natured to us each and every day. The woman who supervises the breakfast area, lobby, etc. was excellent. The area was spotless and excellent. Each staff member, including the front desk staff went out of their way to make each guest's stay wonderful. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all you do each and every day.

I hsd an average stay. I was given a non smoking room, but it smelled like smoke. Cleanliness was sub par and the carpet had burn marks. On the positive side the staff were very pleasant.
