Front desk staff was in training, she was very nice. But the trainer herself was very rude. I was unaware of the renovations as we booked this months in advance! Asked for a room on the 1st floor and was told no! No elevator made our stay worse, as our luggage was very heavy. Lesson learned don’t try to bring everything in.

When I went to check in I had stated on Expedia that I wanted Pet Friendly hotels. The Super 8 came up and my family had stayed there before. When we arrived they said they were doing renos and that there wasn't a room available because I hadn't contacted them which I never knew I was suppose to do. After trying to find a hotel for 15 min the receptionist told me she found a room for me. Very distressing.

Everyone was super nice, friendly and helpful. This was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in a while. Fantastic job! The only complaint would be the rooms smelt like urine however I saw they were taking old beds out, which was great
