Disappointed again

This is the third time we've stayed, and the second time disappointed. This time it was the lack of a hot tub, which they had the last time (but they've removed it), and excessive noise. They had a hockey tournament with kids out of control running around the hotel without any control or supervision. We were there for a funeral. Not a great time, enough so we cancelled our booking early.

Another great stay at Quattro. Our go to hotel when visiting family. A special thank you to the cleaning staff who helped my daughter when she wasn’t feeling well. My kids do ask that they bring back cereal for breakfast :)

The rooms were great but the cleanliness was dissapointing. the floors were sticky, pillows on the couch dirty and you can tell that it was vaccumed really quickly since there were dust bunnys everywhere in the corners of the room.

Overall a nice hotel. Friendly staff. The shower curtain was very moldy around the bottom though. The bathroom is VERY small, even for a hotel. The door just misses hitting the toilet when opening. The biggest issue was a large amount of snowfall over night and zero clearing of the parking lot or in front of doors. We had to walk through drifts of snow coming out of the front sliding doors to our vehicle (under the covered front entrance). Very difficult when carrying luggage and a baby/car seat. We left at 830am so it wasn’t very early and should have been done over night or early morning.

Good value

This hotel is my first pick when coming through town. It is conveniently located by the Trans Canada Hwy and close to all your needs. Rooms are spacious and bed is comfortable. On this last occasion, the dusting of night stand and desk, in the corners, under the phone, etc., was missed. The cleaning staff needs to pay attention to detail. My only complaint about the room is the tv. It’s too small for the size of the room. On the plus side, the complimentary breakfast has always been above average.
