We had a good stay. However, there was a big name concert in the city this night that we were also attending and the restaurant/bar in the hotel was VERY busy, over booked and we were unable to get service for food and drinks. More staff would have been a good option considering the big event happening 2 buildings down. We ended up getting Wendy’s fast food burgers and having them in our room. Our room was good, but the bathroom could have used a better cleaning as there was lots of dust and hairs on the tissue holder and on the counter. The bed was extremely comfortable though and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
