This property is way overrated. The services are basic. I tried to get a cup of coffee, or a glass of juice from the lobby that was advertised as available for guests, and at 6:00 p.m. p.m. was told it was locked for the night. There is no elevator in this property. There were a lot of guests and it was noisy all night. The stuff seemed hesitant to help. The breakfast was not good, and overcrowded and insufficient. Insufficient. The price is more than this. Property is worth. Overrated and overpriced

Old. Needs updating beds and pillows way past their prime. No elevator 2 night put on second floor. No accommodation for a bus group that took over breakfast area had to eat out.

Check in was smooth. Main floor room. Lighting not great in the room. Bed comfortable. HVAC inconsistent- too hot or too cold. The thermostat was indicating a battery change was needed but we didn’t mention it. Nice breakfast offerings. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Good location, clean property. Helpful staff. It didn't help that there was no elevator and one of our group members was on crutches, unfortunately they were sold out so no question of moving to the lower floor. Breakfast was good, fresh and well cooked (most of other hotels have very "soft" and bland scrambled eggs but not this one. Didn't feel like it was value for money though, but it was peak season so not much to expect.
