I needed accessibility equipment, but I took the room because it was spacious for the wheelchair. I needed proximity for a medical appointment at the hospital the next morning. I also had a staff member assist getting my husband out of a chair to wheelchair. Thanks to that gentleman.

Do NOT book this hotel

The pool srea needs to be regularly maintained. Open electrical box in theblocation a sign elsewhere says should be the whirlpool controller. They had a sign about renovstions that run from 10 am to 6 pm yet other guests asked if we also got woken up at 6 am. When we were in our room and trying to sleep the heater was louder then a generator used for camping 20 years ago. Checked out atv10:40 ish because of it. A room change would not have helped due to needing to leave early in the morning and by the time a room switch was done it would be pointless by the time i could get to sleep. Rooms were quiet but the heater would run more then it was off.

The Park town hotel😍, my first days in Saskatoon were spent here and my experience was just exceptional. To tell you everything the reservation process was really easy, thanks to staff, my flight arrived at Saskatoon at 11pm when the shuttle service is off already, but the generously extended it to 11pm on a new year's Eve!! to pick me up at the airport, just for you to know how considerate they're. The staff is just awesome, friendly, excellent customer service, special thanks to honey-Mae at the reception (she's the best). The rooms : just like expected on the pictures, rigorously cleaned, perfect size, AC taking a little bit time to warm up the place but it's okay. The meal : just so you know it's not free if you booked directly on Expedia, but the menu is interesting, the food, affordable, well prepared & served❤️, the service was perfect. Other facilities easily accessible, internet is reliable ... In overall it's a 100/10 😅, I have seen worse, so I want to say it's definitely worth the detour. Thanks to the Park town team, I'll be back👌

The hotel offers free airport shuttle but only at certain hours, we had to pay for a taxi. The doors in our hallway slammed shut all night, the racket from our neighbours kept us up. We had to be up at 5 am to catch a flight. I would never stay there again

There is a restaurant, lounge and pub right in the building so no need to go anywhere if you want to stay close. The walking bridge is also right there - absolutely beautiful at night. The propert is a little older looking outsode but inside is quite modern. The staff were also excellent. Would recommend.
