Although all the rooms have the none smoking signs, we could smell smoke and marijuana in the hallway. The room is spacious but is very dark. There are not enough lights and one of the lights is not working.

My request for respect was ignored by staff. I said when I checked in- No room service, I called in the morning and again requested no room service. That I don’t like having people in the room when I am not there. They said ok. That night I returned to find thy had been in my room. The room was cold and heater would not work. The garbage can had ketchup on the inside of the can hidden behind the bag. I don’t use ketchup. There was black junk in between the towels. The halls are not managed partying until 4:30 am. Cigarette butts all over the ground at entrance 1 When I checked out none of my complaints were recorded. It is unprofessional to treat people this way. It’s unfortunate that an individual is not treated with dignity and respect.

Very old hotel. Rooms appear updated. Hotel room itself was clean but the hallways were filthy. They looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The walls in the halls are also dirty. The stairwell we used looked like it had snot and blood on it. The room containing the ice machines had fruit flies and the walls needed a fresh coat of paint. We had fun in the pool area the first morning but the second morning the waterslides weren’t operational. The first evening we didn’t use the pool area as there were so many people in the pools. I’ve never seen so many bodies in one hot tub. Did I save money yes…would I go back…only if the cleanliness is improved.

The room we checked into had cigarette butts in it. Dirt everywhere that had not been cleaned for a long time. Rolled back the sheets to find out they were used and not washed.
