overall a great experience. BUT it didn't start off great. the room Ihad booked online two weeks prior was not available upon check in. big disappointment, and the front desk staff asked me why Ispecifically chose the room I booked, I didn't think it should have mattered.

Iā€™ve stayed here several times before and had great stays. This time the carpet had a stain on it, the room was uncomfortably warm and air wasnā€™t working. We were unable to open the window because they were screwed shut but staff brought a fan. The good thing about this stay, and always is when Iā€™m here, are that the beds are very comfortable.
