Was a good stay overall. Beds were not that comfortable. Pillows were great! No complimentary water options in the room. Wasn’t a fan that you couldn’t order breakfast to go and had to dine in to use the voucher. Doesn’t work when you’re on the go for work in the morning. Also no snack vending machines on the floor just pricy drink machines. Definetly could be better for the cost you pay.

Stuck on a Disney Cruise

This hotel doesn’t follow the “signature” part of sandman hotels. Filled the hotel with out of control families that had no concideration for other guests in hotel. Kids running up and down halls till midnight. Doors slamming non stop from 4pm-10pm. Had to bang my ironing board on the roof to get the upstairs to stop jumping. Once at 10:30pm and once at 2:00am. Totally took over pool and hot tub area. Kids running around Chop restaurant in soaked bathing suits. And general horseplay and screaming in the hallways with no supervision. If the parents aren’t doing it the hotel should. I checked in, told them I was there for business and they put me 3 doors from the pool. I’m assuming they didn’t know about the 80 familys coming or you would think they would put me in a higher floor and make some attempt to make my stay more “signature”. This is what I would naturally expect from a travelodge or a Ramada. Even a regular Sandman. When all the riff raff was gone and we could actually use the amenities they were shut down as im sure the 75 people in the pool area made quite a mess.
