This hotel was good for the night and the price. The great was the bed, the room, the tub and the food. There was a very nice server named Tamara. The bad was what wasn’t there. What happened to a simple sheet of paper with wifi code, room service menu, and other necessities. It took us 10 minutes to find the room service menu on line, and by then the restaurant was closed. The toiletries were secured in place, which made a bubble bath difficult. Where the was the mouthwash and scrubbing wipes, things that I’ve gotten at cheaper hotels? The in room coffee was low brand Keurig, where I’ve had nespresso in hotels of the same price. A little bit of printed paper, a few common amenities and better in room coffee would have made this a 5 star hotel experience.

Our stay was good overall. However, I was charged extra $100 before our stay. I called and the lady said it was the deposit. I have never encountered a hotel that charges deposit a few days before our stay. It has been 2 weeks after and I have not received any refund from them.

Nice hotel I was very happy - it is very clean and pet friendly. I normally get a hotel near a park but for downtown I’d absolutely stay again. We don’t have kids but they have a pool and I saw many kids using it and having fun. The room was modern and large, the bed comfortable and the service good.

Parking was great, secure and safe. Rooms were great, clean and quiet. Hot tub was down on maintenance, however they called their sister hotel and got us in to use their HT...overall it was a great stay and just needed that 1 xtra star...!

Very comfortable stay. My only cons were that the bathroom/vanity area needs more lighting and the bathroom can also use some more hooks for towels. Other than that, the hotel was fine. The breakfast was a great full breakfast, staff were very pleasant at the main counter and the dining areas.
